Lee has 19 years experience in talent acquisition, including in the assessment and competency framework space, he has a genuine passion for helping organisations to select future talent. Underpinned by a core understanding of the importance of talent analytics, Lee is firm in his belief that a data-driven approach will define the next epoch in talent assessment.
Lee is a passionate Tottenham Hotspur fan, who is married with 3 young daughters, including identical twins.
